Karate kids<ages 7 to 12>

Get ready for an exhilarating adventure every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM with amazing karate program for kids ages 7 to 12! Our programs are crafted to be safe and tailored to fit every individual participant perfectly. Milan Fitness Studio focus on celebrating each student's personal achievements rather than excessive competition, while instilling strong discipline and respect in every class. Don’t let this fantastic opportunity slip—give your little ones the chance to learn and grow in a supportive and fun environment!

MFS Fitness<ages 18 & up>

Join us for an exhilarating class that combines intense cardio, fat-burning workouts, and overall physical conditioning, including body stretching! You'll push your limits while working at a pace that feels comfortable for you—burning those excess calories without overexerting yourself. Our sessions are held on Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 PM 9:00 PM. Don't miss out on this opportunity to transform your fitness!

Pre-Karate<ages 5 & 6>

Join us every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:45 PM to 5:15 PM for an exciting karate program designed for kids ages 5 to 6! This friendly and fun-filled class includes gentle, free sparring and teaches essential discipline. Teen/Adult karate<ages 13 & up>

Discover a class specifically crafted for individuals dedicated to achieving optimal mental and physical wellness. This program focuses on effective cardio exercises and flexible body conditioning within a supportive, friendly environment. Master your self-defense techniques every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 PM to 8:15 with us—take the next step in your journey with confidence! Fitness Studio welcomes students of all skill levels.

PERSONAL STRETCHING
(Ages 18 and Up) 

Welcome to Milan Fitness Studio! We’re excited to offer you our incredible Total Relaxing Passive Stretching sessions, specially designed for you in a private setting. Get to unwind and rejuvenate like never before – you truly this! Just a quick note: appointments are required for these sessions with Milan Fitness Studio.
